GROUP BASED
Crossfit
A one hour, group fitness class with a certified CrossFit Trainer. We utilize different combinations of weightlifting (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells), cardio (running, rowing, biking, skiing), gymnastics, plyometrics, etc. Build strength, gain endurance, improve cardiovascular health, become confident in yourself and your abilities in just a few months!
ONE-ON-ONE
PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you are brand new to working out, intimidated by a class setting, or a seasoned member wanting to improve on something specific, we have one on one personal training available with all of our coaches.
GROUP BASED
KidsFit
If your kids are between the ages of 6-11 and looking to improve their sports performance, learn healthy habits, or just wanting to burn steam off after school, try out the KidsFit Class! Our coaches teach them how to move properly while keeping it fun, always finishing off with an exciting game.
